About the Role

The Manager, Business Process Reengineering is responsible for strategic process improvement initiatives, managing the reengineering process across various business groups, and leading a data-driven approach to process optimization. This role acts as a "conscience" for process improvements, conducting ongoing performance monitoring of process metrics and communicating key findings, risks, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and facilitating internal strategic projects focused on process reengineering and redesign.
  • Applying systems thinking to analyze and improve business processes.
  • Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process optimization and efficiency.
  • Managing projects using Agile and traditional project management techniques.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Holding team members accountable for project milestones and deliverables.
  • Designing and implementing technology solutions, including emerging technologies such as robotic process automation and generative AI.
  • Conducting advanced data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Managing change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Providing expert consultation and guidance on process reengineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business process reengineering/process optimization, or management consulting.
  • Experience in the retail industry is imperative.
  • Proven experience in project management and Agile execution.
  • Excellent leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and drive consensus.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
