About the Role
As part of the Bath & Body Works team, you will work on the sales floor, in the stockroom, or both to offer fast and friendly service. You will create positive shopping experiences by welcoming every customer with a smile, ensuring our products look their best, and collaborating with a supportive team to make every day a success. This is a temporary, flexible role for the busiest time of the year, with fixed-term contracts expected to range up to 14 weeks in duration.
Responsibilities
- Offer personalised and friendly service at all times, helping customers have the perfect Bath & Body Works experience and being an ambassador for the brand.
- Help get stock to the sales floor quickly.
- Keep the sales floor looking fantastic and easy to shop from.
- Maintain beautiful commercial standards of presentation by ensuring products are displayed attractively and stored with care.
- Efficiently process deliveries and replenish merchandise to keep shelves well-stocked.
- Keep stockrooms and operational areas organised and safe, supporting the smooth and efficient running of the store.
Requirements
- Successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work before commencement of employment.
- Candidates are encouraged to consider their own right to work options without NEXT sponsorship.
- Availability for our Winter Sale (Thursday 24th December, Sunday 27th December and Monday 28th December) may be required.
