About the Role

As a Seasonal Stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and inviting experience. You will stay current on fashion trends, educate customers on products, and inspire them to try new things, embodying Mejuri's brand vision and values.

Responsibilities

Uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and ensure a quality in-store customer experience.
Promote services such as piercing and engraving to ensure a positive customer experience.
Support back-of-house operations for efficient order fulfillment, including in-store, phone, and BOPIS sales.
Maintain organizational integrity of back-of-house inventory, packaging, and supplies.
Support visual merchandising standards, ensuring brand presentation, cleanliness, and functionality.
Validate the integrity of display fixtures and notify appropriate teams of missing or damaged items.
Build positive relationships with team members and foster an engaging work environment.
Adhere to company policies and compliance practices.

Requirements

Ability to connect authentically and warmly with customers.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer and business needs.
Ability to meet and exceed KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT.
Attention to customer feedback, trends, and sharing insights with management.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong sense of initiative.
Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
History of contributing to a positive team environment.
Experience using or ability to learn point-of-sale systems and retail technology.
Support in mitigating loss of product.
Identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks to store leadership.
