About the Role
This position assists the Property Manager in effectively managing the property and assumes the Property Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
Responsibilities
- Posts all rents, deposits, fees, and daily bank deposit
- Prepares and gives residents 90-60-30-day renewal notices in a timely manner
- Conducts recertification and background checks
- Maintains accurate and organized resident records
- Issues appropriate notices (e.g., late payments, evictions, NSF checks)
- Prepares and updates reports as delegated by Property Manager
- Greets prospective residents, shows property, and performs all leasing functions as necessary per Foundation Communities criteria
Requirements
- Sound judgment to resolve problems and make routine recommendations
- Requires little to no instruction on routine work and general instruction on new assignments
- Fair Housing training
