About the Role
Implement and sustain the Nestlé Quality Management System (NQMS) at the factory level, coordinating internal audits, compliance assessments with Food Safety Risk Systems (NFSMS), Regulatory Aspects, and Continuous Improvement of Factory Processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain updated process descriptions in coordination with process owners and ensure reference documents are updated.
- Analyze and manage negative trends in process KPIs, communicating continuous improvement initiatives based on trends, reports, audits, and MRQ.
- Follow up on root cause analysis for incidents related to core process activities.
- Maintain clear visualization and communication of NQMS within the factory.
- Manage internal audits and participate in audits at other factories based on the regional plan.
- Locate and manage results of international audits of importing suppliers based on the audit plan.
- Audit local suppliers.
- Organize training sessions for areas identified in audits and for improvement needs related to process descriptions.
- Support the process owner defined in the Management Review Quality (MRQ) report and follow up on MRQ actions.
- Stay informed about support processes and management, interacting with process owners and sharing relevant information with factory management and functions.
- Communicate and identify improvement needs in environmental, health, occupational safety, and food safety areas.
- Actively participate in the quality system and other continuous improvement activities.
- Serve as backup for the Hygienist and Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Engineering (including Industrial Engineering).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- 2+ years of work experience, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry.
- Experience in a mass consumption company.
- Knowledge of FSCC 22000:2010 (ISO 22000 + ISO 22002-1) and ISO 9001 standards.
