About the Role
The US Asset Owner Pensions Analytics/Private Assets Sales Team drives sales growth for MSCI's analytics products, focusing on risk, performance, and portfolio construction tools for public and private assets. The team engages in commercial discussions and negotiations with major pension plans and collaborates with other sales teams to cross-sell additional MSCI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales growth targets for MSCI analytics product line.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with assigned book of existing clients, including renewals and upsales.
- Prospect the territory to identify new potential clients for MSCI analytics tools.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business models and strategic goals to ensure alignment with MSCI tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience in the finance industry (4-5 years), preferably involving quantitative analytics.
- Understanding/experience with financial math/quantitative modeling, ideally factor models, risk and performance attribution analytics.
- Ability/comfort with advanced quantitative analytics.

Education Level
- CFA Charterholder/Master in Finance/Engineering/Mathematics helpful
Salary/Compensations
- $110,000 - $143,000 / year.Plus eligible for annual bonus.
