About the Role
The Executive Assistant will support senior leaders within the Canada Operations and Business Enablement team, requiring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize schedules, including evaluation and reprioritization of unexpected priorities.
- Independently follow up on action items, coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports, maintain calendars, and maintain files.
- Prepare reports, correspondences, and other presentation materials.
- Prepare webinars and other events as required.
- Preserve confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment regarding sensitive matters.
- Support the planning and organization of team events, including celebrations, holiday activities, and recognition of team achievements.
- Plan, organize, and manage department activities such as department meetings, townhalls, and annual planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tasks and provide timely updates and responses to all requests.
Requirements
- Experience supporting an executive team across geographic locations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, as well as board and regulators.
- Experience working in a complex matrixed organizational structure and ability to quickly learn these structures.
- Demonstrated customer service mindset.
- Ability to build and manage trusting relationships with business partners.
- Demonstrated strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Post-secondary education, or a combination of education and work experience.

Salary/Compensations
- $59,800 - $99,700 annually
