About the Role

The EMEA & APAC Creative & Operations team is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to own the end-to-end workflow for turning briefs into delivered creative across digital design and performance marketing for the EMEA & APAC region. This is a delivery-critical, highly collaborative role focused on managing the creative roadmap, flagging risks, and ensuring quality and timelines are met. The role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite per week, based in London and reporting to the Senior Creative Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Own intake and triage of creative briefs across digital design, programmatic, and performance marketing, agreeing scope, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Build and maintain workback schedules and campaign roadmaps, sequencing design and performance workstreams to meet launch dates.
  • Allocate designers, copywriters, and freelance/agency support, forecasting capacity and flagging constraints.
  • Track assets end-to-end through project management tooling, confirming specs, CTAs, UTMs, and platform requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery of performance marketing assets across paid social, paid search, display, and programmatic.
  • Act as the single point of contact between creative, performance marketing, and regional stakeholders for in-flight projects.
  • Partner with creative leads and growth marketing to align production with campaign flighting and media plans.
  • Coordinate with EMEA and APAC stakeholders on local requirements, approvals, and compliance needs.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, owning the UGC workstream and agency relationship.
  • Maintain live status trackers, accurate documentation, and version control.
  • Own the test-and-learn agenda, running retrospectives and capturing learnings.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, resourcing gaps, and shifting priorities, escalating when necessary.
  • Identify and implement improved workflow tools, templates, and processes, including AI-assisted solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience managing marketing production workflows, ideally spanning digital design and performance marketing.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and familiarity with creative production processes.
  • Working knowledge of performance marketing channels (paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, landing pages, ASO) and their creative/technical requirements.
  • Comfort working with Adobe Creative Suite / Figma files at a production level (specs, exports, versioning).
  • Experience working with global or multi-market teams and external agencies.
  • Exceptional organization skills to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
  • Reliability and accountability, owning projects from intake to delivery and surfacing blockers early.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach to spotting risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborative style working across diverse teams.
  • High standards and a strong eye for detail.
