About the Role

PGI is a global consultancy focused on building digital resilience for organizations. This role involves editing, reviewing, and quality assuring intelligence reports and client deliverables within the Digital Investigations Team, which specializes in social media intelligence and combating digital threats.

Responsibilities

  • Edit, review, and quality assure intelligence reports, investigations, and client deliverables.
  • Ensure written outputs are accurate, concise, consistent, and aligned to editorial standards.
  • Collaborate with analysts to enhance the clarity, structure, and impact of their reporting.
  • Translate complex investigative findings into accessible and compelling narratives.
  • Review reports for factual accuracy, logical consistency, and evidential integrity.
  • Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines across a varied project portfolio.
  • Support the development of reporting standards, templates, and style guides.
  • Provide editorial feedback, coaching, and guidance to analysts.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure outputs meet client requirements.
  • Support the publication and dissemination of thought leadership, research, and investigative content.

Requirements

  • Experience in editing, reviewing, or commissioning analytical, investigative, journalistic, or intelligence-focused content.
  • Exceptional written English with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience translating complex information into clear and engaging written products.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience working to tight deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.
  • Understanding of digital investigations, online harms, OSINT, misinformation, disinformation, or related fields.
  • A background in journalism, editing, communications, political science, intelligence analysis, research, or a related discipline.
  • A curious and critical thinking mindset capable of challenging assumptions and strengthening investigative work quality.
  • Experience in Trust & Safety and content moderation environments, particularly relating to online harms, is highly advantageous.
