About the Role

The Corporate Paralegal is a key member of the team supporting the Firm’s global Corporate Practice, working directly with associates to provide corporate legal assistant services to the Firm’s NDA team.

Responsibilities

  • Review, revise and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDA) in a fast-paced environment
  • Client facing position with frequent direct client contact
  • Maintain documentation of client NDA processes and procedures
  • Proofread and edit NDA documents

Requirements

  • 3+ years of M&A experience
  • Expertise in reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)

Skills

  • Expertise in reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while working under pressure to meet important deadlines
  • Ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of partners, attorneys and staff
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients
  • Proficiency with various software programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, use of the Internet
  • Proficiency with online database management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
