About the Role
As a Casual Restaurant Host, you're not just serving guests – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage waitlists and seating, and create a positive first impression
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure efficient seating and a seamless guest experience
- Set and arrange tables for service, including cleaning, resetting tables, and ensuring the dining area looks its best
- Assist with guest enquiries and ensure every visitor receives friendly, attentive service
- Keep the host stand and restaurant entrance clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
