About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Content Specialist to join our Brand team. This role involves creating compelling, human-centered content across various digital channels, with a focus on video, web, social media, and email. You will translate complex ideas into engaging narratives, collaborate with creative teams, and coach on-camera contributors. The position also includes developing brand toolkits and improving content workflows using digital tools and AI.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, engaging video briefs and scripts for brand-aligned talking-head and first-person content.
- Source, edit, and refine testimonials and success stories, ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Identify and prepare on-camera contributors, coaching them to deliver authentic stories.
- Act as the primary content partner for the Motion Design team, guiding creative execution.
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content across web, social media, email, video, and internal channels.
- Write and edit compelling copy for campaigns, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Repurpose and adapt existing content and video assets for different audiences and channels.
- Develop brand toolkits, guidance, and training materials for internal teams.
- Manage content requests and tickets through Jira, prioritizing work and coordinating delivery.
- Collaborate with Communications, Brand, Digital Marketing, Publishing Development, Editorial, Creative, and Motion Design teams.
- Provide creative direction to videographers, motion designers, freelancers, and external production partners.
- Monitor content and digital trends to improve audience engagement and brand storytelling.
- Contribute to evolving brand playbooks, content processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, brand marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Experience developing content across multiple channels.
- Strong copywriting, scriptwriting, and editorial skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing and briefing video content, particularly talking-head, interview, or first-person storytelling.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant copywriting, video storytelling, brand content, and/or multimedia campaign work.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and briefing designers, videographers, video editors, or motion designers.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and content strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach on-camera contributors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience using Jira or similar project management and workflow tools.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
