About the Role

As an Operations Specialist, you will manage the complete vehicle processing on the CarOnSale platform, from transport bookings to document dispatch. You will be responsible for processes, solve problems before they escalate, and make a difference in direct contact with buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities

Operationally support OEM, fleet, and mobility customers in Germany and Austria from start to finish, focusing on those who sell higher-value vehicles.
Initiate pilot programs with new customers acquired by the sales team, ensuring swift and smooth vehicle sales.
Accurately set up new accounts in the CRM and gather all necessary customer information in one go.
Analytically monitor accounts, evaluate sales figures in Excel, and take corrective action where needed.
Ensure post-sale processing, including document dispatch, transport, and payment.
Act as the daily interface between Inside Sales, Account Management, After Sales, and Quality Management, resolving complaints directly.
Develop scalable processes that grow with each new customer.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in operations (internships and working student roles count).
Completed vocational training (e.g., as an automotive sales assistant) or a Bachelor's degree (e.g., in Business Administration or Economics).
Experience in customer communication, such as customer support, complaint handling, or dispatch/ticket processing.
Proactive and independent work style; self-motivated to gather, retain, and apply information.
Strong self-organization and time management skills to prioritize multiple parallel tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with a proactive approach to customers.
German language proficiency at C2 level.
