About the Role

This role involves delivering operational, governance, and program coordination support across Transport Asset Manager’s Freight, Property & Commercialisation and Heavy Rail Assets and Assurance functions. You will provide high-quality day-to-day support to senior leaders and their teams, coordinating schedules, complex communications, key projects, initiatives, reporting, and governance activities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong organizational capability.

  • Program coordination experience.
  • Experience in Property, Asset Management, executive support, business operations, or complex stakeholder environments.
