About the Role

Performs financial calculations and provides summary of data to create various reports, charts, and presentations relevant to the organization’s finance function. Monitors and analyzes business trends and forecasts for both the organization and its competitors using publicly available data. Provides financial data to organization’s management, corporate functions, auditors, and SEC filings.

Responsibilities

Performs various financial calculations, including budgeting, depreciation, working capital, P&L, investment, and other financial and expense performance comparisons.
Creates specified ad hoc reports, graphs, and charts of financial data.
Consolidates and analyzes capital expenditure reporting across all regions and brands including monthly variance analysis and prioritization of key projects.
Consolidates interest expense reporting and forecasting across regions working closely with Treasury to understand changes in funding levels and update monthly forecasts.
Updates monthly depreciation and amortization forecast for the Americas region including monthly variance explains.
Provides financial information and support to the organization’s management, corporate functions, and auditors.
Analyzes and reviews monthly financial reporting package for senior leadership consolidating key financial metrics and risks and opportunities for the remainder of the fiscal year.
Assists in the month end close by analyzing expense accounts and prepares accurate calculation for accounting adjustments as required.
Assists in periodic forecast and budgeting process via close coordination with area heads/ operations and other departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance analysis function.
Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
This role requires the ability to lift up to 15 pounds and enter and exit vehicles.

Skills

Knowledge of the financial calculations, reporting, and valuation methodologies.
Working understanding of computer application tools to perform financial calculations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Hyperion Brio, Wizard Mainframe, and Hyperion Essbase is a plus.

Experience Level

Level I typically has a minimum of 1 year of financial analysis experience.
Level II has a minimum of 3 years financial analysis experience.
Level III has a minimum of 4 years of financial analysis experience.

Education Level

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Salary/Compensations

$60,000 to $62,000 yearly
