About the Role
In our DERPART Business Travel agencies, you will be in direct contact with customers, organizing tailor-made business trips that meet the highest standards. You will book flights, hotels, train tickets, and rental cars, identify the most favorable rates, and provide customers with optimal offers including all necessary travel information. You will also handle invoicing and assist customers during travel disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Planning, booking, and managing business trips before, during, and after travel.
- Booking flights, hotels, train tickets, and rental cars.
- Determining the most favorable rates and creating optimal offers for customers, including all necessary travel information.
- Writing invoices for customers.
- Ensuring customers receive prompt assistance during strikes or flight irregularities to ensure they reach their destination as planned.
- Utilizing modern reservation systems and communication tools provided at your own workstation.
Requirements

- Desire to sell unforgettable moments.
- Proactive and open-minded.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required; we will train you.
