About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to join our People team as a Senior People Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role offers the chance to work across the full employee lifecycle, build relationships with leaders, and contribute to both operational and strategic HR initiatives. It involves employee relations support, organizational development, policy work, change programs, recruitment, and HR project delivery, making it ideal for an experienced HR generalist who thrives on variety and complex challenges.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Significant HR generalist experience within a busy HR or People function.
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and consultation processes.
  • Experience reviewing and developing people policies.
  • Experience delivering HR projects and service improvements.
  • Experience implementing or supporting HR and recruitment systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and work at pace.
  • A collaborative and solution-focused approach.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
