About the Role
As a registered paediatric nurse, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. You will be supporting a 7-year-old female client within her family home, who is living with several complex care needs including global developmental delay. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients’ clinical interventions which include ventilation, central veneous catheter management, infusion pump, gastrostomy care, and gastrostomy buttons.
Responsibilities
- Providing high quality, person-centered care to clients in their own homes.

- Assisting with moving and handling.
- Supporting with clinical interventions specific to the client.
- Enriching the client's quality of life via community interaction.
- Supporting the client in achieving their goals and aspirations.
Requirements
- 6 months nursing experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
- Actively registered on the NMC.
- Experience with personal care, medication, and manual handling.
- Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
- Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
- Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.
