About the Role
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to develop prospects and interact with existing customers, primarily by phone. You will work directly with team members in the field, including Energy Auditors, Sales Coordinators, and Department Managers.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails from leads
- Understand customer needs and requirements to successfully fulfill their expectations
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Maintain customer database with accuracy and precision
- Work with Home Performance and Sales teams to schedule appointments
- Meet monthly department goals
- Demonstrate an outstanding level of professionalism
Requirements
- Two or more years of proven experience in inside sales
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- HVAC knowledge or experience a plus

- Base hourly wage of $22.00/hr plus uncapped commission
