About the Role
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to perform repair and maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Service all equipment according to established schedules, company standards, and acceptable timeframes.
- Troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns.
- Document all work completed legibly and accurately according to company policy.
- Build and maintain customer relations to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Follow all safety procedures, including safe driving habits and avoiding mobile device use in vehicles.
- Apply knowledge of products and seek additional training/education as appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
