  • Support business development efforts through opportunity identification, proposal development, solution scoping, and partner relationship management.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop consultants while actively participating in recruiting, hiring, and talent development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience considered.
  • 7+ years of experience in a professional services role.
  • 6+ years of ERP implementation and business transformation experience, including hands-on NetSuite configuration, administration, or solution delivery experience.
  • Strong experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing NetSuite SaaS solutions across multiple functional areas, including Financial Management, OneWorld, CRM, Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise with advanced NetSuite modules such as Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, Advanced Financials, SuiteProjects/OpenAir, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Demand Planning, and Manufacturing, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user adoption.
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations, SuiteCloud capabilities, customizations, workflows, reporting, and third-party ecosystem applications.

  • Demonstrated experience utilizing AI-powered technologies, automation tools, and generative AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools) to improve project delivery, business processes, and client outcomes.
  • Proven success leading multiple NetSuite implementation projects, including project planning, scope management, budgeting, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Prior people leadership experience with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
