- Prepare and cook menu items.
- Follow food safety standards.
- Support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes.
- Produce food orders in a timely, neat, and organized manner according to guest needs.
- Follow all approved recipes while ensuring proper cooking techniques and the highest quality standards.
- Apply sanitation procedures thoroughly and consistently.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are always followed.
- Properly use kitchen equipment while ensuring the highest safety standards.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma is required.
- Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to operate a steamer, fryer, oven, etc.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 71 - 80 pounds.
