About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Domain Solution Architect in Public Sector to design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions for our client's UK business. This role involves translating strategic objectives into architectural designs that enable innovation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance, bridging the gap between business strategy and technical delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end cloud-based solutions, leveraging hyperscaler services and industry best practices.
- Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with business priorities, technology standards, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation across applications, data, and infrastructure domains.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and architectural guidance across the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business capability and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, including security, networking, integration, and modern application design.
- Proven track record designing scalable, resilient solutions using cloud-native technologies.
- Domain expertise in public sector, with a strong understanding of relevant industry products, regulations, and customer or citizen journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
