Responsibilities

  • Receive support and guidance from a buddy and manager.
  • Engage in service line specific learning and development aligned to clear career pathways.
  • Join social activities with the early careers' cohort and the wider firm.
  • Contribute to client engagements.
  • Participate in fitness challenges.
  • Engage in community initiatives via our BCaring program.
  • Undertake on the job training and formal development programs.

Requirements

  • Be in your final year or have recently completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Be eligible for postgraduate study (CA/CPA, CFA).
  • Be available to start in January 2027.
