About the Role
Equinox in San Francisco is seeking Swim Coaches to conduct all swim programs and activities in accordance with Equinox objectives, motivate and inspire clients, provide the highest quality of service, and build a client base through in-house events and networking.
Responsibilities
- Conducts all swim programs & activities in accordance with Equinox objectives.
- Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and re-assessments to show progress.
- Provide the highest quality of service to our members.
- Build client base through in-house special events and networking within the membership base.
Requirements
- Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to self-promote and network.
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States.
Skills
- Swim certification preferred
- Personal Training background preferred but not required
- Previous competitive swim experience is a plus

- $60.00-$80.00 per Class
- $19.61/hr (For non-class work)
