About the Role
Equinox is seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Female Locker Room Associates to join their team in Toronto. This role is crucial for maintaining a premium, immersive environment where performance, hospitality, design, and human connection converge.
Responsibilities
- Ensure female locker rooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
- Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
- Maintain an adequate supply of towels in the locker room.
- Assist with special events.
- Notify the Maintenance Manager of any rooms requiring immediate attention.
Requirements
- Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
- Ability to service athletic equipment.
- Previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools.
- Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Must have a legal right to work in Canada.
