About the Role

Equinox is seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join the team at our E St. James’s club in London. This role reports to the Personal Trainer Manager and offers a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Equinox is recognized as an industry leader in Personal Training expertise, offering in-house education through the Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI) to elevate trainers. This position empowers trainers to maximize both personal and client performance through guidance in programming, education, business, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain an active client base.
Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability.
Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients.
Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members.
Interact with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience.
Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions.
Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions.
Attend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management.

Requirements

Strong understanding of principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique.
Ability to self-promote and network.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn.
