About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Content Creator (m/f/d) to join our small Marketing Team. You will create paid and organic social content for mute-labs and Berlin Acoustics on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, taking each piece from idea to final edit.
Responsibilities
- Concept, plan, shoot and edit paid social ads (Video and static)
- Build up a design library together with our designer, making each new asset fit the brand
- Play a key role in our monthly content production cycle
- Concept, write, shoot, edit and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Design the visual assets for those posts
- Keep all channels on brand
- Track performance, report results and use what you learn in the next posts
- Turn brand concepts and core messages into content
- Help concept, film or shoot and edit brand campaigns with our design team
- Designing static ads
- Retouching product photos
- Updating sales materials such as One Pagers, brochures, flyers
Requirements
- You think in hooks and know why someone stops scrolling in the first second.
- You can handle concept, script, production, shoot and edit independently.
- You have an eye for design and are comfortable in tools like the Adobe Suite or Figma.
- You are well organized and can communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- You understand the nuances of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn content.
- You work independently and can deliver high-quality results.
- You are willing to appear on camera for content.
- You are a team player willing to help out colleagues.
- You have your CV, earliest start date, and salary expectations ready.
