About the Role
As an IT Consultant, you will guide clients through challenging IT projects, from analysis and strategy development to successful implementation. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create tailored solutions and significantly contribute to project success.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on demanding IT projects and transformation initiatives, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Gather, structure, and assess the feasibility of functional and technical requirements.
- Develop suitable solution approaches in close coordination with technical experts.
- Actively participate in all project phases, from analysis and elaboration to implementation.
- Moderate workshops and coordination meetings with business departments, IT, and decision-makers.
- Create decision-making bases, proposals, and impactful presentations.
- Utilize modern AI tools for research, structuring, and elaboration support.
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or equivalent qualification.
- 3 or more years of experience in IT, project management, or digitalization.
- Structured and independent work style with analytical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and moderation skills.
- High IT affinity and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken, minimum C1).
