About the Role
We are seeking a Psychologist / Psychotherapist / Psychotherapeutic Professional in training (m/f/d) for our "Haus Horeb" and "Christophorus-Hof" facilities within the Addiction and Psychiatry network, located in Bernau OT Lobetal. This role involves therapeutic counseling for residents and coaching for staff.
Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting theme-centered psychotherapeutic individual and group sessions in consultation with affected individuals and according to the facility's concept.
- Performing psychological diagnostics and therapy planning.
- Crisis intervention and systematic, structured follow-up/reflection of crisis situations based on applied scientific knowledge.
- Organizing and coordinating appropriate workflow for direct and indirect care services and adhering to agreements.
- Creating development-promoting frameworks and person-centered support processes.
- Process and overall responsibility for needs assessment and care planning, creating progress and final reports.
- Guiding and advising pedagogical professionals in co-therapeutic processes of individual case work and group work.
Requirements
- Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or similar, or Social Work/Pedagogy with additional qualification, or licensed as a Psychotherapist (m/f/d).
- Experience working with individuals suffering from addiction, mental illness, or dementia.
- Willingness to engage in work with individuals dependent on substances with comorbid disorders.

- Annual special payment (equivalent to one additional monthly salary)
