About the Role
For the HTGS, a medium-sized architecture and engineering firm successfully operating in the market for decades in Berlin-Kaulsdorf, we are looking to strengthen our structural engineering and construction team with an interested architectural draftsperson/constructor (m/f/d). Our projects are diverse, varying in size and intended use, including multi-family houses, kindergartens, nursing homes, office buildings, and industrial construction projects for public clients. We offer innovative solutions for new buildings as well as carefully considered plans for the renovation, extension, or attic conversion of existing buildings.
Responsibilities
- Creation of formwork and reinforcement plans for various structural engineering projects
- Creation of precise construction drawings according to CAD or BIM standards
- Implementation of structural specifications into well-thought-out constructive detail solutions
- Participation in coordination and project meetings, including minute-taking
- Taking measurements and site inspections directly on-site
- Close collaboration with structural engineering, architecture, and construction management
Requirements
- Completed studies in Civil Engineering (TU/FH) or training as a constructor in structural engineering or as an architectural draftsperson
- Specialization in structural engineering / building construction
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a constructor in building construction
- Comprehensive CAD skills in Strakon / Allplan (Nemetschek)
- Knowledge in planning and collaborating with architects and specialist planners according to the BIM planning method (Building Information Modeling) is desirable
- Practical experience in the construction industry or an apprenticeship in a construction trade is advantageous
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
