The Front of House Leader is an in-shop champion responsible for coaching and mentoring their team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Salary/Compensations
- £15.35 per hour (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
- Earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am after initial training
