About the Role
As a Night Hotel Front Office Host at Chessington World of Adventures, you will be the primary contact for guests during evening and morning hours. Your role involves assisting guests with check-in and inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction and provide them with necessary information for an enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests and assist with luggage.
- Address guest issues, complaints, or compliments and relay relevant information to the Hotel Nights Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness of inside and outside public areas.
- Prepare the conference center for the following day's events.
Requirements
- A positive attitude.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
