About the Role
Start in customer projects within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, accompanying them as a (part-time) project manager or business analyst from analysis, planning, and coordination to the implementation of concepts or third-party systems. Analyze customer needs, examine technical and business aspects, and prepare results conceptually, structured, clearly, and management-oriented. Contribute your own ideas and take on responsibility quickly in areas such as capital markets, risk management, third-party systems, and regulation. Work on innovations, write articles, or get involved in recruiting and university marketing.
Responsibilities
- Accompany customer projects as a (part-time) project manager or business analyst from analysis, planning, and coordination to the implementation of concepts or third-party systems.
- Analyze customer needs, examine technical and business aspects, and prepare results conceptually, structured, clearly, and management-oriented.
- Contribute own ideas and take on responsibility in areas such as capital markets, risk management, third-party systems, and regulation.
- Work on innovations, write articles, or get involved in recruiting and university marketing.
Requirements
- Successful university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or Mathematics, preferably with additional qualifications.
- Experience in the world of Sparkassen, IT service providers for banks, or consulting within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.
- Strong analytical and results-oriented working style.
- Customer and team-oriented personality with high initiative, commitment, and flexibility.
- Enthusiasm for collaborative and open work on analytical challenges.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level, fluent in negotiation).
- Good English language skills (at least B2 level, fluent).
