Responsibilities

  • Overall management of creative projects from concept to delivery (end-to-end)
  • Management of internal teams (Design, Copy, Strategy) and external service providers
  • Development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Quality assurance: Adherence to brand guidelines and deliverable standards
  • Close collaboration with the Creative Director and consulting team; translating creative visions into actionable project structures
  • Active development of campaign approaches and creative offerings (organic growth)
  • Management of the Video Studio

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an advertising, creative, communications, or PR agency
  • Proven experience in project management of complex, multidisciplinary projects
  • Strong customer orientation and confident demeanor at the decision-maker level
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, or similar)
  • Basic creative understanding: not a designer, but visually adept and capable of content judgment
  • Fluent communication in German and English
