Responsibilities
- Support the Ops team with all IT-related tasks.
- Maintain an overview of laptops (Windows and macOS) and licenses (Microsoft and others).
- Set up new devices for all locations.
- Assist in establishing policies for the use of private devices and smartphones.
- Coordinate with the external IT service provider.
- Contribute to the IT security concept.
- Help professionalize IT processes.
Requirements
- Proficient with Windows and macOS.
- Good basic understanding of hardware and software.
- Experience in setting up devices.
- Ability to bring order to devices, licenses, and processes.
- Ability to maintain an overview of many individual topics.
- Proactive and independent work style.
- Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in an IT-related field.
- Willingness to work as a working student.
