We manage properties in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, aiming to actively shape the future of facility management. Our company culture is characterized by direct communication, quick decisions, and real responsibility, rather than unnecessary hierarchies. Digitalization and the use of modern technologies, including AI, support our work. Decisions, especially in recruiting, are made responsibly with human involvement. We combine innovation with reliability, high standards with an open corporate culture, and ambitious goals with a strong team spirit. We are growing consciously not as an anonymous corporation, but as a modern company with a clear stance, short decision-making paths, and ample scope for individuals who want to make a difference.

Therefore, we live a corporate culture characterized by appreciation, openness, and mutual respect. We want to create a work environment where all people feel welcome and can develop their potential – regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion or belief, age, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We see diversity not as an obligation, but as an enrichment. It makes us more innovative, strengthens our collaboration, and helps us develop better solutions for our customers.
