Responsibilities
- Develop backend solutions within the team and reliably implement requirements in clean, maintainable code.
- Collaborate closely with your team, share knowledge, and ensure shared, high-quality results.
- Gather client or backlog requirements and independently develop clear technical solution approaches.
- Design the architecture of reusable components to ensure software efficiency, structure, and scalability.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Java Backend Developer in software development.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring, with experience in Java 17 or higher.
- Write tests (Unit/Integration) to ensure work quality.
- Work in a structured and quality-oriented manner, producing clean code, clear documentation, and adhering to best practices.
- Take responsibility, make decisions, and avoid working solely based on instructions.
- Work openly and team-oriented, embracing a culture of learning from mistakes, knowledge transfer, and shared responsibility.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of AI/Machine Learning concepts or a strong interest in developing in this area.
- Speak German at a minimum of B2 level.
