About the Role
Join our team to support and secure network and server infrastructures, including client PCs and mobile devices. You will assist employees with IT questions, develop and implement server infrastructure concepts, and work in hybrid system landscapes (on-premise and cloud). You will also contribute to IT projects as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Support and secure network and server infrastructures, including client PCs and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
- Assist employees with IT questions and problems.
- Create and implement concepts for server infrastructures.
- Work in hybrid system landscapes (on-premise and cloud).
- Participate in and shape IT projects as part of a team.
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist in system integration, an IT-related degree, or comparable practical experience.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Experience in client and server administration in a Windows environment.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange.
- Ideally, initial experience with SSO and MFA topics (e.g., Entra ID).
- Performance-oriented and collegial work style.
