About the Role
We are seeking individuals interested in leveraging digital technology and AI to enhance training programs. This role involves planning, creating, and managing training materials, contributing to the improvement of Axa Life's training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Planning and promoting effective and efficient improvement of training through digital utilization.
- Managing, planning, and executing e-learning systems (UMU, AG Campus, etc.).
- Planning and creating training materials.
- Providing explanations within training materials.
- Editing and creating training materials.
- Registering and managing training materials.
- Supporting FP qualification acquisition.
- Supporting AFP/CFP certification maintenance.
- Managing inventory of manuals, etc.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the life insurance industry.
- Financial and tax knowledge.
- Information gathering skills on competitor products and sales methods.
- Experience in planning and producing training materials (experience in creating PPT presentations).
- Knowledge and experience in utilizing generative AI in business (candidates without experience but willing to actively engage with generative AI are welcome).
