About the Role
Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction for MDS/VAM product groups in the Kanto area. Build strong relationships with assigned facilities and propose solutions using product knowledge, clinical knowledge, and business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Sales and marketing activities for MDS/VAM product groups in medical institutions within the assigned area (Kanto).
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with assigned facilities and maintain good communication with key personnel.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and hands-on training.
- Understand customer needs and propose solutions tailored to those needs.
- Collect and analyze competitor product information.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collect and analyze market trends, competitor information, and customer needs.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Prepare and submit sales reports.
- Participate in various events and academic conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to relocate nationwide.
- Comfortable with English and willing to learn.

- PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive and team-oriented.
