About the Role
You will join as a backend engineer in one of our primary squads, developing critical services that serve our end users. You'll work on impactful projects, fueling product innovation in a fast-moving industry and influencing how the backend delivers robust and scalable functionality.
Responsibilities
- Enable building quickly but robustly, using best practices in observability, data analysis and defensive programming, allowing for safe scaling of products and CPO integrations globally.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to break down complex problems, understand feasibility, and propose creative technical solutions that deliver a market-leading platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years commercial experience with Python.
- Good communication skills, with an ability to consider product vision and propose creative technical solutions within a team.
- An ability to write robust and fault-tolerant software.
- Proficient understanding of Git and CI/CD.
- Good understanding of Databases and data architecture.
- Experience with API development (REST, GraphQL, etc).
