About the Role
You will own integration features end to end, from partner API discovery and mapping design through to production release and post-release monitoring. This is a hands-on engineering role where correctness, observability, and backwards compatibility are prioritized.
Responsibilities
- Building and extending partner integrations across the ingress and egress pipelines.
- Implementing partner authentication flows, including OAuth 2.0, SAML SSO, and JWT.
- Designing data mappings between InfoTrack's domain model and partner schemas.
- Developing event-driven workflows, handling ordering and idempotency.
- Creating agentic and MCP-assisted ordering workflows for AI agent integration.
- Taking ownership of production issues, including failure tracing, RCA writing, and monitoring implementation.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' experience building production backend services.
- Strong commercial C# / .NET expertise.
- Proven experience integrating with third-party APIs, including working around external limitations.
- Solid understanding of REST API design, versioning, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with relational databases and ORMs.
- Exposure to message queues or event-driven architectures.
- Experience in cloud-based, containerized environments with automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Day-to-day use of AI coding assistants and understanding of their appropriate use cases.
- Strong written communication skills for asynchronous decision-making across time zones.
