About the Role
The Pioneers Agency designs unique brand experiences that make brands tangible. With strategic thinking, creative design, and innovative concepts, we create impressive brand presences, from retail and trade fair concepts to immersive experiences.
Responsibilities
- Development of exceptional spatial concepts for brand spaces, retail areas, stores, pop-ups, trade fairs, and events.
- Translation of brand strategies and design specifications into spatial experiences with recognition value.
- Visualization of creative ideas through 3D renderings, draft, execution, and detail planning, as well as technical drawings.
- Selection of suitable materials and constructions, always considering design, feasibility, quality, and budget.
- Presentation and further development of architectural concepts together with clients and internal teams.
- Accompanying projects from the initial idea to on-site installation.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture and initial relevant professional experience.
- Experience in the development and implementation of brand spaces, retail and store design concepts, or trade fair appearances.
- Sound knowledge of construction, material selection, and interior finishing, as well as a basic understanding of statics and fire protection.
- Confident use of SketchUp, LayOut, and Enscape, as well as Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense for design, materials, and details, combined with high standards for quality and technical feasibility.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working, even on complex projects and tight deadlines.
