About the Role

This role involves supporting project teams in the conception, development, and advancement of modern software solutions. You will analyze business and technical requirements, contribute to the development of proofs of concept and prototypes, and assist in evaluating and implementing AI-powered development tools and Generative AI technologies. You will also participate in introducing new technologies and best practices in software development.

Responsibilities

Support project teams in the conception, development, and advancement of modern software solutions.
Analyze business and technical requirements in close collaboration with clients and project teams.
Contribute to the development of proofs of concept, prototypes, and innovative digital solutions.
Assist in the evaluation and use of AI-powered development tools and modern Generative AI technologies.
Participate in the introduction and implementation of new technologies and best practices in software development.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a comparable STEM field, with a completed Bachelor's degree.
Initial practical experience with a common programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript) and relational databases.
Personal interest in software development and technical topics.
Understanding of agile software development principles (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
Interest in Artificial Intelligence and modern development methods.
Enjoyment of teamwork and client collaboration.
Very good German and English language skills.
