About the Role
As a Graduate Operations Supervisor at our partially automated Fulfillment Center in Falkensee, you will be the driving force of the location. Supported by investors like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, we are building Europe's most modern, 100% electric delivery system. You can start early and complete your onboarding at existing locations to gain comprehensive insights before the Falkensee opening in August 2027.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your team of 5 Lead Shoppers and over 150 Shoppers.
- Manage shifts, prioritize daily tasks, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Balance operational tasks on the warehouse floor (4 days/week) with strategic work in the FC Office (1 day/week).
- Develop logistics projects and optimize processes.
- Take ownership of tasks beyond your immediate area and proactively manage responsibilities.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Passion for logistics and ideally some prior warehouse experience (e.g., internships, working student roles).
- Fluent communication in German and English.
- Flexibility to work in two shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM & 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), including Saturdays.
- High level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Genuine interest in people, empathy, and a desire to motivate and develop your team.
