About the Role
Salesforce is seeking candidates with intellectual curiosity and the ability to explain complex technology simply to join their enterprise dedicated to delivering CRM and platform solutions to the nonprofit market. This role is crucial for helping mission-driven organizations achieve more through technology.
Responsibilities
- Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio
- Earn the "technical win" through compelling demos and presentations
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
- Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge
- Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value using AI tooling
- Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts
- Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams
- Participate in ongoing training and certifications
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
- 3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or software industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile company environment
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferred

- Affinity for nonprofit and mission-driven organizations
- Ability to lead discussions with organizational leaders and individual contributors alike
- Comfort articulating technical value through discovery and demos
- Strong team-based problem solving, leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Effective time management and prioritization in a dynamic sales environment
- Technical expertise in CRM, AI, Analytics, BI, Digital Marketing, or Community Engagement
- AI awareness and usage for improving business processes
- Ability to create and deliver customer-facing software demos
- Salesforce Administrator (201) and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications
