About the Role
D3 is seeking a passionate Product Manager to help build the next generation of web infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in creating a best-in-class DeFi-ready registrar, bringing domains live on-chain, and making web3 more accessible through seamless domain integration across the decentralized internet.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with D3’s mission.
- Create and maintain strategic product roadmaps balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Drive the evolution of domain infrastructure for seamless Web3 and next-generation internet integration.
- Leverage AI to iterate fast and deliver end-to-end prototypes.
- Conduct customer interviews and feedback sessions to improve products.
- Analyze user feedback from Discord, support tickets, and community forums.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and feature specifications.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, business development, and operations.
- Drive product outcomes across all internal teams.
- Seek data and insight-driven opportunities for product enhancements.
- Establish and monitor key product metrics and KPIs.
- Use analytics tools to understand user behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Manage and prioritize product roadmap and backlog.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities.
- Push for features that drive company goals and partner success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- 3 - 5 years of professional product management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully launching digital products at smaller startups.
- Strong understanding of AI, web3, blockchain technology, and DeFi ecosystems.
- Familiarity with domain name systems (DNS), payments, and web infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with eagerness to stay current on emerging technologies.
- Comfortable translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Experience in domain name systems and internet protocols (Nice to Have).
- Prior experience in decentralized technology or web3 domains (Nice to Have).
- Background in the domain industry (Nice to Have).
- Experience with x402, payment processing (Nice to Have).
