About the Role

This fast-paced program provides comprehensive industry knowledge and skills to develop relationship-building abilities. You will be assigned operational and administrative tasks to support location and regional management, with opportunities for career advancement and internal promotion. The program is designed for completion in 18-24 months, with potential for completion in as little as 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales and processes for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
  • Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database.
  • Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
  • Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle preventative maintenance and cleanliness standards.
  • Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.
  • Perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar related degree is required.
  • One (1) year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution is preferred.
  • Must be computer literate at an intermediate level.
