About the Role
Department Operations Project Managerは、Operation Management Office（OMO）に所属し、Woven City ManagementのIA&S（Inventor Acceleration & Service）DepartmentのHead直下でIA&S全体の運営基盤を担うチームの一員として、Department運営およびサービス改善に関する業務を幅広く推進するポジションです。完成したプロセスを運用するだけでなく、関係者を巻き込みながら意思決定とActionにつなげていくことが求められます。
Responsibilities
- Departmentの主要会議、OKR・KPI管理、各種Management Processの企画・運営を通じて、意思決定とAction Executionを支援する
- 複数のFunctionやStakeholderを横断した課題・依存関係・Priorityを整理し、Cross-functionalな連携とExecutionを推進する
- Department運営に必要なGovernance 各種Management Tool・Processの整備・改善 情報集約を行い、効率的で再現性のある運営基盤づくりを支援する
- Departmentの予算Optimization活動により事業運営の各種指標（予実状況、売上、収益状況等）の視える化に貢献する
- Inventorや関連Stakeholderから得られるVoice of Customerや各種Evidenceを収集・整理し、サービスや業務上の課題を可視化する
- 課題を分析・優先順位付けし、既存施策との連携や必要なEscalationを通じて、具体的なKaizen Actionにつなげるマネジメント業務を遂行
- 関係者と協働しながらActionの進捗を管理し、継続的なFeedbackと改善が回る仕組みづくりを推進する
- Departmentの戦略・組織運営・重要Initiativeの推進など、状況に応じて幅広い業務を担当する
Requirements
- ビジネス、経営、工学または関連分野における学士号、もしくは同等の実務経験
- 複数のStakeholderが関わるProject Management、Program Management、Business Operation等の実務経験
- 複数部門・Functionを横断したProjectまたはInitiativeを推進した経験
- ProjectのSchedule、Milestone、Issue、Risk、Action等を管理し、Executionを推進した経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語およびビジネス環境における業務遂行が可能なレベルの英語力
- Google Workspace、Microsoft 365等を用いたDocument / Spreadsheet / Presentation作成および情報管理の経験
